This full-time opportunity will allow you to be part of a comprehensive pediatric care team. Your work will help to improve and enhance the psychosocial function of pediatric patients and families. This role will allow you to facilitate therapeutic interventions designed to help pediatric patients improve coping skills.
We’re seeking dynamic and well-rounded candidates who are certified child life specialists, or eligible to complete certification, with a bachelor’s degree in human services and two years’ experience working with children, preferably in a health care setting. Applicants should be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge of child and adolescent growth and development. Certification eligible candidates will be required to obtain Child Life Certification within the next two test dates after hire.
