Child Life Activity Specialist
Job Summary and Qualifications The Child Life Activity Specialist works in collaboration with Pediatric Nursing Management to provide for the developmental needs of hospitalized children age 0-21 to include advocating for psychosocial, emotional, physical and cognitive needs. Decreases the anxiety and/or trauma with illness and hospitalization through interventions, which promote play, learning, mastery, self-expression, and peer interaction.
